This land has a long history. It started as a homestead, purchased from the Crown back in 1904, and passed through generations of one family before changing hands several times over the following decades. By the time the buildings reached the 1980s, they had been sitting neglected for years, worn down but still standing.<\/p>\n

Then in 1986, Andre and Susan Patry found the property and fell in love with it. They bought the land with a simple goal: preserve what was there and build something worth sharing. Today, AP Ranch sits on 120 acres between Merritt and Princeton in the heart of the BC Interior, surrounded by mountains, forest, and open sky. What started as a rundown homestead is now a working guest ranch with a main lodge and a handful of cozy cabins, each one built with the same care Andre put into the very first structure.<\/p>\n

Guests come here to slow down. Ride the trails, fish the nearby lakes, explore thousands of acres of Crown land, or just sit on a cabin porch and watch the fog roll over the valley.
